Bought a 2 seater sofa from the Gateshead metro centre branch today, was greeted from Christina who was unbelievably helpful, friendly and pleasant, happy with the full service, would highly recommend

Zahid was extremely helpful today

Zahid was extremely helpful today. We spoke with him the day before and he told us all our options. We come back the next day and he took us through the whole process and answered all our questions. Very informative and made the process easy. Thank you very much

NCF Perry Barr

We were shopping for beds today at NCF in Perry Barr. Donald was the assistant in the shop. He was very helpful, very patient and knowledgeable and we felt under no pressure whatsoever to purchase anything. He explained everything clearly to us before we committed to the purchase.

Terrible customer service – avoid!

We ordered two sofas and were sent the wrong colour. What should have been a simple exchange turned into weeks of chasing and endless back and forth.

They initially refused to collect the incorrect sofa because we couldn’t provide proof of address for the show home, despite repeatedly explaining that we are a company dressing the property. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told it would take 7 working days just to get a call back.

They eventually agreed to exchange it, but the delivery team arrived, took the sofa without waiting for anyone to sign for it and left without delivering the replacement.

Now, unbelievably, they are trying to charge us another delivery fee to receive the correct sofa!

All of this because they sent the wrong sofa in the first place. Absolutely shocking service. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this company.
