Very good selection of competitively priced stock which didn't look exactly like several other stores i visited. Most stock has short lead time but can be held to customer required delivery date within reason.
Bruce never rushed me nor hovered over me, which is very off putting, but was present when I needed information. He has an approachable manner, has an extensive product knowledge and very helpful. He was the main reason we visited the store.

Sarah @ Stockton dealt with our order with Sean’s assistance. Sarah couldn’t have being more helpful giving us expert tips and knowledge. Even though it was her first day it wouldn’t have suprised me if you said she had worked there for 10+ years. Great service from all, would recommend.

We bought a sofa after telling the salesman that we HAD TO have in within 6 weeks as we were moving house.He told us it would be with us in maximum 4 weeks.We stupidly paid for it in full.5 weeks later we were given a date for it "to arrive in the warehouse"by the 30th august.This was later than we hoped but left it at that.Then we recieved another email stating it was now going to be the 18th september.This was right near the time of moving 70 miles up north so we thought it was better to ask for a refund.The lady i 1st talked too was extremely rude and when she told me my cancellation fee on a £1000 sofa would be 50% i laughed and she hung up on me.The 2nd lady was much nicer but told me i couldnt cancel unless i forfitted £500 which was rediculous.We decided to go to the shop we bought it from but that was a complete waste of time.The manager was pleasant but couldnt do a single thing to help.We have to wait til the 18th now to see what happens but very soon after that we will be moving.I pray we get it on the 18th but ime frightened they will put it back again.We will see but i am NOT impressed with this company who still have £1000 of my money and nothing to show for it bar a headache.
