We were served by Calum at the…

We were served by Calum at the Edinburgh store. He was very helpful and not pushy. We told him what we were looking for and within minutes we were sitting on our perfect couch.
Sale was very smooth. Will definitely be back in the future

Rob and Bristol was very helpful when buying a sofa

Rob and Bristol was very helpful, he left us to take a first tour round the show room, he was really helpful when we asked questions and was very knowledgeable about the various products available. He made us a cup of tea which was well appreciated and dealt with our order promptly and efficiently.

DONT USE THEM IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH.

BE AWARE DONT GO ON WHAT THEY TELL YOU . I have been waiting over 13 to 16 weeks delivery now it is coming up to 19 week and still not had any news when it will be with me but said it might be with me towards end of September?
SO BE AWARE.

Visited the NCF Living store in Paisley and had a brilliant experience thanks to Hugh. He was exceptionally helpful throughout, taking the time to answer all our questions and guide us through the selection process without any pressure. The ordering process was completely straightforward and seamless.

Danielle @ Merry Hill was an excellent…

Danielle @ Merry Hill was an excellent sales person. She was attentive and knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She left us to consider our choice and at no time did we feel pressured into making any decisions. This enabled us to take our time so that we were completely happy with the product we purchased.
