shit show of a company

shit show of a company! They take your money and produce naff all. They sell you a good game and promise delivery date’s but still I’m waiting weeks after, even give you the cleaning kit blah blah blah.
Multiple phone calls sat on hold for hours and emails to not one reply.
How trust pilot gives this company their rating is beyond belief!

Don’t waste you money on buying from here!

The in store team were really helpful…

The in store team were really helpful and made us feel welcome even with 2 children in tow offered us a drink and we’re really friendly.

We ordered a sofa and chair on the 2nd August and to expect delivery within 7-9weeks. On the 2nd October our order tracking updated to item ready for delivery. We are now on week 10 and no one has contacted us to arrange delivery. I emailed a week ago with no reply. I have rang the number on our order sheet every day since Monday and been on hold for over an hour each time. The one time someone answered they said hello and the phone went dead, I rang back to be on hold for another 50minutes.

We are planning to go back into store on Saturday in the hope we get an update.
