Brian at your Highgate branch was excellent. He welcomed us when we came into store and allowed us to walk around without any sales pitch. When he saw us querying something between ourselves he approached us and gave us the information we needed and then backed off. When we wanted to know more he answered all our questions. He gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. We went away to think and came back to buy. He was busy with customers so we waited until he finished as we were so impressed with his service.

Went to NCF sofas to see a sofa met Jack, who helped us throughout our buying process he demonstrated exceptional patience while helping us find the right sofa set .
What impressed us most was his dedication he went out of the way to answer our phone calls and questions even during his off hours.

When we first entered the store Tom introduced himself to us and then just let us have a good look around until we were ready to ask him questions about making a purchase he was very pleasant and professional even when my husband asked if we could have a discount for cash when he laughed and politely said it was not your policy we had a good laugh about it I hope we get as much pleasure out of our purchase as we did the purchase thanks to Tom.
