Piers from Cardiff dealt with us and sold me a lovely cream recliner. He was extremely polite and friendly and chatty with us (me and my friend) put us at ease straight away. Felt like we were chatting with a friend. Very welcoming.

Delivery !!

Sofa didn't fit yet I informed both sales and delivery team. Now the NCF Customer service is none existence.!

Jackie at Leeds store was very patient and helpful letting us browse at our own pace and helping when we asked.

Shaun at Stockton was outstanding when helping me find the perfect furniture for my living room, he was amazing at aiding my needs and finding the best price, would recommend anyone to find him when buying from ncf.

William in Paisley, was absolutely brilliant. He listened to what we were looking for, took the time to provide honest and practical options and not once did he push the 'hard sell' approach on us. He's an asset to the Paisley branch and really does a great job!

On 26/08/2026 We came into NCF. To buy 2 settees and was aproached by a welcoming smile of Anisha. Whom went over and beyond the service of sales.

I am really happy with the service, especially with Nesrin at the Rugby store. She handled everything very patiently, understood my requirements and budget, and gave me plenty of options to choose from. Eventually, I ended up buying both a sofa and a divan bed.

Really excellent service and a great overall experience. Highly recommended!

We were greeted when we went in and asked what we were looking for. Andrew explained where the items were and left us alone to browse. No hassle. When we needed help Andrew was on hand to give us the advice and answer any questions.

After getting through to customer service Monday tp chase my 3 month late delivery, I was assured id receive an update on my delivery and a reply to my many emails by the end of the day.
2 days later and still nothing.

NCF...mmmm...brand new suite delivered in February. Delivered with a broken frame and both seat and back cushions were a terrible quality.

After many emails and writing a review on Trust Pilot, they eventually agreed to replace the suite with a new one. This eventually arrived in May. No broken frame this time, but still issues with the seat and back cushions. After many emails and photos, yet again. I asked them to send out an independent assessor. The assessor agreed the cushions were still faulty. NCF now refuse to allow us to send the suite back for a full refund. They're actually not adhering to consumer rights or law. I've asked about ADR, but they're not registered for this, they say, so be aware future customers. My battle continues with NCF. If anyone can help me with this issue please contact me.
