I recently bought ncf reclining simba 2+2 corner sofa. This is the worst sofa I ever sat in my life.I am a person with no back pain but if I sit 5 min in this sofa I immediately.get back pain. I tried many times and this happened every time
.also the service is extremely poor.i had some issues with the sofa and I informed them ,filled a form but no sign of contract from ncf.i paid 5 year support as well but this is the worst company I ever came across.stay away from ncf and never think if buying any sofa from them.they are the worst sofa company in the market

The reason this company has a high score on trust pilot is because they ask you to complete it after choosing your item. Which is all well and good as the salesmen definitely have the gift of the gab. BUT just look at all the negative reviews of people that have waited weeks and months over the advised delivery date. RIP OFF COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COST!

Very good selection of competitively priced stock which didn't look exactly like several other stores i visited. Most stock has short lead time but can be held to customer required delivery date within reason.
Bruce never rushed me nor hovered over me, which is very off putting, but was present when I needed information. He has an approachable manner, has an extensive product knowledge and very helpful. He was the main reason we visited the store.

Sarah @ Stockton dealt with our order with Sean’s assistance. Sarah couldn’t have being more helpful giving us expert tips and knowledge. Even though it was her first day it wouldn’t have suprised me if you said she had worked there for 10+ years. Great service from all, would recommend.
