Brought a sofa and bed package

I brought a sofa and bed package deal, Anisha was helping us. She had very good experience and both times we visited she always helpful ,friendly, nothing was to much and every question was answered. It was a nice relaxed experience and very professional.
All in all was a very good experience.

We came in NFC stoke

We came in NFC stoke, ash the store manager greeted us straight away made us feel very welcome, we ended up leaving the same day with a sofa brougjt and a very happy missus. Couldn't recommend ash and the team enough. Great experience.

We had a fantastic experience buying our new sofa, and Tristan was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient, giving us plenty of time to look around and make the right choice without ever making us feel pressured.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. His customer service was genuinely excellent, and we felt very well looked after throughout the purchase.

Tristan is a real credit to the Manchester team. Thank you so much for all your help — we’re really happy with our new sofa and would definitely recommend asking for Tristan if you’re visiting the store!
