Unusual helpful salesman

I don't know if my wife has submitted a review, but just in case she didn't we visited your Swansea store and spoke to Josh the salesman who dealt with us certainly deserved a mention. He didn't force himself on us but when we spoke to him he was a mind of information. He knows what he's talking about and did not waffle about unnecessary information. We are still a bit undecided but will definitely return to Josh once the decision is made.

Excellent service from NCF Milton Keynes!

We just purchased a sofa from NCF Milton Keynes and had a really positive experience. David was absolutely brilliant he was friendly, patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions and made the whole experience relaxed and stress-free without being pushy.

David is a real credit to NCF, and his customer service made such a difference. We are really pleased with our sofa and would definitely recommend NCF Milton Keynes, especially David, to anyone looking for great service. Thank you, David!

Preston branch - Arfan ... brilliant

We came in for a corner couch, Arfan at the preston branch talked us through options, he wasnt pushy and we came away with plenty of options. We returned a day later to complete the sale with Arfan, great service all round.
