Great experience

Derek’s knowledge and friendliness made it easier for us to choose the sofa to suit our family and home. Very helpful, polite and would recommend to shop at ncf living!

Jimbob the legend!

Came in after a month after our first visit with Jimbob at the Leeds store. Recognised us instantly and helped us secure our dream sofa set. Down to earth guy, amazing customer service and even better cups of coffee. Recommend NCF to anyone looking for a sofa, amazing customer service, fantastic prices and impeccable build quality!

10/10 service!

Our experience with Jim bob has been amazing, we came in last month looking for a sofa and he came over really inviting and made us a coffee. We had a look around and he was asking us what it was exactly that we wanted, taking into consideration what we said. Sadly we didn’t have a date for moving so had to leave, came back and looked specifically for him and have finally bought our sofa! The customer service was amazing and I could not be more thankful!
