Very delayed delivery and faulty after 6 months

Very delayed delivery.
My sofa is now 6 months old and one cushion is very flat compared to the other.
Assessor says it needs replaced but they don't stock my cushions any more.
They offered me a good will gesture that doesn't cover the cost of a new cushion.
Would stay away if I were you.

AVOID NCF FOREVER

I ordered furnitures for my new house including Sofa, bed frame, mattresses and dining table on April 6th 2026 for the delivery promised in 12 weeks and mid of July. It is July end today and still no sign of any delivery of the order. When I follow up, they are claiming that it might be at end of August. No proper response from any of them. Making me to bombard between the showroom in Bristol and head office. NEVER GO TO NCF.

Bought a sofa on 6th june from…

Bought a sofa on 6th june from Uddingston store we had a great experience buying Susan helped so much in choosing what we wanted. Was told delivery between 6/8 weeks this is 8th week and no communication at all i have called customer services and also left an e mail. No one has got back to me. Also £100 for delivery is a bit drastic whwn you are not getting it when they say

I had an excellent experience from Dean at stoke store

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dean at the stoke store was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without making me feel pressured. He explained all the different options clearly.

His customer service was outstanding, and they made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive such genuine, professional service. I would highly recommend this store and Dean to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer care. Thank you for all your help!

Amazing store

Amazing store, great furniture, awesome prices and fantastic staff!!

From walking into the store Simmy was amazing!
There was no pushy salesman just someone who listened to what I wanted and gave their honest advice.

I’m moving house and want everything new. I felt overwhelmed thinking about it everything I needed and making decisions, however Simmy just simplified things and made my visit so much easier!

The delivery service and payment is so helpful giving you up to 6 months to have your furniture stored before delivery and to pay the balance from deposit on the sale.

Super happy customer 😊
