Neatopod truly wins on every level. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—something that really sets them apart. Alex was incredible to work with—helpful, patient, and full of great guidance when it came to choosing the right garments. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. The hoodies and t-shirts came out exactly right, with logos that were vibrant, sharp, and well-loved by everyone. If you want a company that genuinely helps your organization grow, Neatopod is it.

i would never have found NEAToPod were it not for the support they were actually giving to folks complaining about the bigger print on demand companies like Printify. They were actually helping folks who were not even their customers, so i looked deeper and found extra mile service, helpful tips, and genuine excitement about helping me realize my creative goals.

Attentive team— Alex is very responsive. They clearly care about their customers (a benefit of small businesses). Great quality of products and openness to work with you to make what is right for your needs!

I create merchandise for all my events, and these days Alex and NeatoPOD are my go-to for on-demand apparel printing. I have tried all the "big guys" and never gotten high quality results like I have with NeatoPOD. The colors look brilliant, the printing looks expensive and not plasticky like some POD shirts do. My customers absolutely love the garments and the customer service is great. Alex answers all my questions and helped me source the best plus-size garments which can be hard to find. For context, I've ordered from small nearby local shops to the usual suspects (Printful, etc.)

And while other stores suit other needs, I was on the lookout for a specialized and consistent shop. Neatopod seemed to fit the bill, it was a plus that's an indie shop since I like supporting small business

I forgot where I found them from reviews on youtube, reddit, X.com and so forth, but they seemed to be what I was looking for.

Ordered a couple of samples and received them the other day. When comparing the feel of their DTG to others you can immediately tell and feel the difference. Their Flex as well is something I tell you not to skip by, the vibrancy and details is sick. I was thinking it would feel like a big plastic sticker since I'm used to that being the case with DTF, but I was mistaken. Whoever made these knows what they're doing, so a big thanks to the neatopod team.

It's easy to tell and corroborate their knowledge since Alex is quite an active redditor. Answering other people's, as well as mine own questions about their craft. You can tell there's a lot of care and thought put into it.

The only drawback, if you could even call it that, is their stock. I am quite picky so as much as I'd love to have Wonder Looper, Lady White Co. or Rue Porter available, no shop will be carrying those anytime at all. Some people may say that printing on a Merz b. Schwanen would be a waste, I disagree.

And yet Alex will hear you out in the case you have your eye on a specific blank. This is a nitpicky niche issue with me. Anyone else looking for Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas or Gildan can rest assured, they are ready and in stock. As of the time of this review, they even carry Stanley/Stella, Independent Trading Co. and at a point did AS Colours (they still do in bulk). Their stock guy sure knows what quality items to add alright. I will be using their services, and suggest them to others as well.

I had never made a custom-printed garment before, but the opportunity was just too perfect. My daughter came up with a novel pun that was too good to waste, so we needed a shirt for it. Thanks to some AI generated art, I was able to turn our obscure theme into a great cartoon.

With the graphics ready, I decided to give Neatopod a try, and can't say enough good things. The entire process was so much easier than I imagined. All I had to do was upload an image that matched the templates provided. And then the fun started -- Neatopod has a huge selection of high-quality garments. This isn't anything like the flimsy fabric that you find in most swag. The high-quality options for shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, ... are reason alone that I will come back and place more orders.

After placing the order, the company repeatedly checked in with me and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. That's amazing. Very few businesses are this customer oriented.

First, the shirts look great. I ordered a variety of styles to try to pick a favorite, but they all look great.

My order was time-sensitive and Alex and 'em went above and beyond to get it to me early. It's one of those companies you're glad you know about.

I'm an artist that does a lot of conventions and have started branching out to apparel in 2025. I've been looking into different POD services along with printers, and ran into NeatoPOD while doing research online. Alex has been communicative, proactively helpful, and answered all my questions.

They offer a sample t-shirt print for you to try out their work and it really spoke for itself! I'm very very impressed with the print quality, and it has the best in terms of color accuracy that I've had after testing several different services.

The quality of the prints on the t-shirts I ordered were extremely high quality and surpassed my expectations. The colors were very saturated and the lines were very crisp. The prices are very fair, especially for the quality of the item being delivered. Alex is extremely friendly, helpful, and is quick to respond to any questions you have regarding the process of ordering and customizing your items. I discovered NeatoPOD from a subReddit on POD where Neato provides reams of free advice on all aspects of product development from blanks to quality assessment. Having tried several POD platforms and found the product lacking, I contacted Neato - while they don't have all the streamlined platform for developing products on the platform, the product samples that I received are so superior to what I got from Gelato, Printful, and Bonfire that I don't care. In addition, NeatO has helped me optimize my artwork for printing, suggested appropriate blanks, and generally has advised me through the product development and delivery process.

Outstanding customer service. I had only dealt with totally-automated on-line shirt-printing companies in the past, but with Neatopod I was able to correspond with a human being - and to see the mockup they generated of my shirts before placing the order. They even helped clean up one of my images. Highly recommended.

I placed a very big order for my high school orchestra, and everything came perfectly. The box that it was shipped in was sealed very tightly, which is perfect.
