Avoid their online store if you need…

Avoid their online store if you need your items quickly. My order was 'processing' for a week before they suddenly cancelled it because they ran out of stock, even though it was listed as available when I paid. They held my money for ten days before issuing a refund. Very unprofessional inventory management

I need a solution to my case not just Emails
I m a pragmatic person I like to purchase, pay and get my stuff, I ordered an IPad - almost SEK 10500 on 23 December 2025 until now 10 February 2026 I didn't receive the item. Customer service sent me 2 emails that the item is out of stock and they don't know when the supplier will provide them it was not mentioned on the site that it is out of stock.
I sent another email to ask that I need my item and if it is a matter of color send me any color available they answer back the same answer and they will keep me updated every month!!! I sent an email to ask how can I cancel my order no one answered. I checked the site still the item is there and it is not mentioned that it is out of stock.
I want to cancel the order is not showing on my page. I tried to call Every day more than half an hour waiting. Now I cannot cancel the order, I don't know when I will receive my order. I don't know if they will give me back my money.
Give me a solution

I’ve been a customer of NetOnNet for…

I’ve been a customer of NetOnNet for years and appreciate their product range and delivery speed. However, their after-sales service has been a major disappointment — not just once, but twice.

In one case, I contacted support about a missing screw from a product. They acknowledged the issue, said they'd follow up with the supplier, and then nothing. It has been over a year now — no part, no update, just silence.

More recently, I had a Gozney Roccbox pizza oven with a faulty ignition system. I provided photos, followed all steps, and got a case number. But when I tried to register the repair online, I was told NetOnNet doesn't handle Gozney service and had to deal with the manufacturer directly — even though the product was under warranty and sold by NetOnNet.

As a consumer, I expect the retailer to stand behind the products they sell, especially when they claim to offer good customer service. Being redirected endlessly or forgotten is not acceptable. I hope NetOnNet will seriously improve their post-sale processes, or at least be more transparent about exceptions.

Good selection, but poor follow-through.

Bra produktutbud, men mycket dålig uppföljning och garantiärendehantering. Hoppas att NetOnNet förbättrar sin kundtjänst efter köp.

I am waiting for refund for shipping…

I am waiting for refund for shipping for 2 weeks now. I will not go into deep with all the other issues I have had with them, they sent me money back for the TV but excluded the shipping fee, why when I did not receive the order? 🤔 I wrote email many times and they answered that the money will come within 3-10 days. That didn’t happen, so I wrote again. They said that “the money was stuck in the system (? What bull*hit is that?) and that I should get it soon. 2 days passed and nothing. What system is the money stuck in? Universe? Questions, just questions…

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They make me pay for shipping a defective product and I have been trying to contact them for days. There is no response by email and in the chat there are queues of more than 40 people and you are left waiting for more than 1 hour

Don't pay for dishwasher installation, borderline scam

Paid a lot of money for dishwasher installation rather than doing it myself because I'm physically disabled. I checked their requirements before the installation to make sure it would all go smoothly.

One guy shows up (should be 2 people for moving dishwashers around no?) and says he can't install it because the place we have the dishwasher doesn't have boards down both sides. (Doesn't need this to function but okay.) No mention of this requirement on the site but ah well, I assumed I'd be refunded because they didn't do the thing I paid for.

I was wrong. After a few useless emails with customer service it's clear they won't provide a refund on the installation for the reason they popped on me out of nowhere. Borderline a scam.

Netonnet is good at buy stuff from the…

Netonnet is good at buy stuff from the shelf. Pick and carry: 5 stars. But if there is something wrong with your produkt it is not that easy. You can fill up a full automatic web form in the netonnet webside and send the produkt till serviceinfo.se (Commodo customer service) They repair the stuff for netonnet. But Commodo customer service will not answer on your questions, than a standard mail back what says to contact netonnet about it... If you want to contact netonet customer service: it has long waiting times on phone and chat. The AI will do the chat most, not very usefull, and if you manage to get a person on chat they are not friendly, keep you waiting a long time too.

I didn't get informed by the delivery…

I didn't get informed by the delivery company that the items are delivered. So I couldn't pick up and it returned. They charged me with 395:- for this and when I reached out to customer support the first person was very rude and didn't do anything at all. The second person did refund me and said next time I should reach out before the items are returned. I'll go ahead and buy the same product somewhere else since they are selling items that's exist everywhere.

Bought a 3 pack Tapo mesh X60 i July…

Bought a 3 pack Tapo mesh X60 i July 2024 and one of the wifi routers died after 3 weeks. The other 2 worked fine. Thought it was under garanty since it was practically brand new and sent it to their service department to get it fixed. They want me to send back all the working units too as they can't figure out how to fix it otherwise. Waste of my time and postage. Bought a new set from Amazon instead. Really not good customer service.

Horrible service, avoid this company at all costs

GF ordered a TV from them about 3.5 weeks ago, but the delivery service was bad, and we didn't receive the TV. Then we tried to cancel the TV many times, it was even confirmed many times that the TV has been cancelled by their chat or on their phone. Yet money still hasn't been returned, today suddenly it pops up on PostNord that they are trying to deliver the TV again. Horrible, horrible service, it's as if the customer service is non-existant. Avoid at all costs.

No service or support at all,worst customerservice experience I have had

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the product and the customerservice. I recently purchased from your company. After some time, I attempted to use the device for the first time, as my old drive was finally full. However, I discovered that the product is not compatible with my Mac, nor can it be modified as described.

I invested a significant amount of money in this device and have reached out to your customer service multiple times for assistance. Unfortunately, I have neither received genuine support nor felt that your team is committed to finding a solution. I am left feeling misunderstood and frustrated, especially since I have to submit a new request after each email due to a lack of response.

The nearest store is quite far from my location, and as I am highly pregnant, traveling is not a viable option for me. I kindly request either a product that functions correctly or a full refund. Additionally, a free-of-charge return label to facilitate the return and compensation is the least I would expect under these circumstances.

I hope for a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

I have been a loyal customer for years…

I have been a loyal customer for years and despite the bad reviews on Trustpilot, I can recommend them.

I use them both for personal purchases and purchases for my business (typically computer equipment). In particular their business offering is strong with seasonal promotions and an easy purchase journey where I can pay on an electronic invoice.

Bad quality and no real warranty!!

I bought a vacuum BOSCH from NetOnNet Jönköping and suddenly it stopped so I went to them because it was still under warranty but the employee send it to an external repair without giving any information about that and they ignored me for almost two months so I went to them again and then they told me that I have to pay for fixing my vacuum 2112 :- in order to fix it and 425:- if I want to get back without fixing !!!!!!
I believe that there is no external repair and my vacuum is still in the store but it’s just a kind of scam and avoid giving a new one instead!!!.
I will never buy again from NetOnNet , it is totally not recommended!!!.

Quick and super good service

I orded a second hand product on the website that should be in a good condition. Unfortunately some parts were missing. Within two days (!) a received a completely new product for the same -cheaper- price without any costs. I only had to return the old version (also without any costs).

I've also returned a product twice in the store, because I changed my mind. Never had any problems.

I'm very, very satisfied with their service.

Asked to pay for a TV remote that never worked

Then I got an email telling me I'd have to pay 750kr for it to be fixed which is unacceptable. I replied to this email over a week ago, asking this to be looked into, with no response so far. It's been 5 weeks since I started this whole ordeal and now I'm wishing I'd never shopped here
