I have roughly two cups of tea a day don’t drink coffee or any other drinks apart from milk and water. Really disappointed from Healf uk for selling me this BS for £27.98.
It came to my attention via an advertisement on Facebook.
Don’t waste your money on this product is my advice.

Love it
Love it. Not a fan of the taste of the wintergreen but it’s bearable. I wanted to experiment a little as a first timer, so I purposely waited until I’ve worked a long shift, went home, ate one of each of the three flavors (wintergreen, peppermint & spearmint) and within an hour I felt a boost of energy. I wasn’t so tired prior to trying. Can’t wait to try it throughout the day and the other products. Great product. Love it.

Wintergreen is actually one of our personal favorites here, but if you're looking for something more subtle, peppermint and spearmint tend to have a lighter flavor profile. Cinnamon's also worth a try if you want something with a bit more kick, and if you ever want a lighter caffeine option, our watermelon flavor has a more subtle boost. Can't wait for you to see what else you love from our product lineup.

Excellent product! Excellent customer service! I’d recommend this to everyone as a safe pick me up. I’m an RN and I’ve tried several energy drinks, like Red Bull, which causes a crash. Neuro Gum is smooth and gives me even keel energy with no detrimental side effects. Helps me stay sharp and focused. My memory is clear and recall is quick.

Was charged for a months supply, and recieved a 15 day supply @39.95. So I canceled my subscription. Then was sent another 15 day supply @39.95. I tried to call customer service and was disconnected after one ring. Even a thirty day supply @ 39.95 is not worth it. I got ripped off!

I have autism and ADHD I’ll be honest I couldn’t chew it long enough to feel any effects it tastes vile! Neurogum is the best
I have been chewing Neurogum for a couple of months now and it is a refreshing take on caffeine intake and it is nice to not have to go to the bathroom like I was with coffee and energy drinks. Although I did have a situation while changing my subscription but after a short pleasant interaction with the customer service technician it was solved. I wish every company cared about their customers like Neurogum does. I highly recommend this company and products.

I already try all the flavors of NeuroGum and honestly my first impresion was the taste is little bit weird, kinda like medicine at first. But after using it more often, I get used to it and now it just taste like normal gum for me.
What I really like is the effect. I can really feel more alert during the day and my thinking feels more clear and active. It dont give me that shaky feeling like some other caffeine products. I just feel more focus and awake in a good way.
I also take it almost everyday and one thing I notice is I become more mentally active during daytime, but at night I also sleep more deeply somehow. Im not sure if its because of the L-theanine but thats my actual experiance with it.
Overall this is 5 stars for me and I will probably order again.

This product has to be one of the biggest scams on the market. These swindlers played the “sharks” and are biting everybody in the ass with this bullshit product that has not one known ingredient (ie ginko biliba gotu cola etc) that triggers brain activity but it’s being marketed as such

I am absolutely obsessed with Neuro Gum! I have a lot of health issues and one of the side effects is sleepiness. I am extremely sensitive to caffeine and energy drinks make me ill. The caffeine free peppermint gum rocks my world! I purchase a bag weekly, it's become "how I survive the work week" and it doesn't effect my sleep at all, it is just perfect. I also have a TON of food allergies and the ingredients do not bother me at all! All that being said, I recently ordered a bag that tasted completely different and I was devastated thinking they changed the recipe. I reached out asking if this was the case and Ron from customer service came to my rescue! He assured me it had not changed and offered to remedy the situation immediately. He was beyond friendly, super quick to respond to each email, and went above and beyond. I already was passing out this gum to everyone I met but after my experience with customer service, you have a earned a life long fan! Thanks Ron and Thank you Neuro Gum for being so awesome!! TEN STARS!!

Ordered after shark tank but not impressed
Ordered after seeing product on Shark Tank. Tried the mints because I wanted more alertness and increase my mental awareness. Can't really tell that it did anything for either of those but could not use an entire mint. The taste was just really bad to me. Was hoping for a positive outcome. Will give them to my wife if she can take the taste otherwise I will just throw the box away.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible, practically non existent, customer service. All you will get is a chatbot and an email response. Partners they use for shipping are very slow and do not deliver to the correct address. The entire process had been particularly frustrating. If you want this product DO NOT order directly from this company!!
Update...On 3/16 Neurogum gave me a $10 refund and stated that they will replace my shipment. Unfortunately they will not expedite the replacement and will still be using UniUni to deliver it. I'll give it till 3/20 to receive a shipment notification until I call my bank to request a charge back. All I really want is what I ordered in the first place.

We took a closer look at your order and want to share a bit more context. It was placed on March 9, shipped the following day, and marked as delivered by the carrier on March 14. The address on file was confirmed as correct, and a delivery photo was also provided.
That said, we understand that “delivered” doesn’t always mean it made it into your hands. As soon as your message came through, we responded and worked to make it right by sending a replacement and issuing a partial refund.
