unfortunately my company credit cards are through nexipay. They continually block my credit cards despite plenty of limit, besides me personally authorizing the payments both with my face id and in their app. then i need to spend many, many minutes trying to speak with them to get them to unblock the card when there was never a problem in the first place......very tiring.... i need to find an alternate company or stop using credit cards which seems to be what nexi would prefer to happen.

A total disaster. I tried to pay for theatre tickets several times, but the system just keeps asking for my credit card details and does nothing. This happens nowhere else.

I am very dissatisfied with the iosi plus system of Nexi Italia. The site is always updated and does not provide informations. The call centre operators are evasive and unprepared.

My dad's account did not recognize his password today. Strange because he had logged in 1 hour before. We changed the password, logged in. After 1 hour my dad tried to log in again and zero!!! After 3 attempts it blocked the account. I tried to open a chat and after 5 minutes of attempts of speaking to am operator as the chat bot kept on repeating the same request and message I dropped it. The support number is not free. This is a very poor service

UPD: Nexi mi ha contattato una volta dopo e poi è sparito per sempre... La situazione non era mai risolta, è stata una perdita dei soldi e tel TEMPO!
I bought the terminal only for the function pay by link and it never functioned. I called many times and it didn't help. When I asked about the procedure of refund, they closed my contract without speaking with me and it turned out they don't want to make a refund for the terminal.
Then they took some money directly from my bank account (who knows what for)

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience using Nexi for a significant payment. I am trying to pay for my vacation, and while I was able to put down 20% upfront few months back without any issues, the system has been consistently failing to process the remaining balance for an entire week now.
I have tried multiple payment methods including Visa and both debit and credit MasterCards, but every attempt has been refused. I reached out to my card issuer, and they have confirmed that there are no issues on my end. This leads me to believe the problem lies entirely with Nexi.
Additionally, there is no information on the Nexi website about who to contact for support in resolving payment issues. This lack of communication and support is incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with time-sensitive payments like vacation bookings.
Overall, my experience with Nexi has been deeply disappointing. I hope they address these issues promptly to improve their service for future users.

Scam e Spam, Stay Away and Save your Money!
Not only they destroy your business with a provider that never works, no assistance, and get rejected right after you got approved. The amount of document asked is insane and never enough, they then try to collect money from your bank account with fake invoices and if is not enough, your email will explode with spam letters asking more money for more services and also they have the behavior to report my reviews, thanks god i was able to provide all proof to trust pilot for prove that my review is legit. I say again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
