I had a problem with the combination of anti-DDoS and DNS on my Fivem server one Sunday. I directly opened a ticket on Discord in the morning, and they responded within an hour; they were very responsive and offered me a solution quickly.

Using nexus for windows vps RDP, perfectly working 0 issue strong VPS.

Excellent customer service. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Awesome food and hot and cold drinks as well. Well worth a visit.

I purchased a Minecraft game server from Nexus-Games with the intention of hosting a 40-player SMP. My experience has been extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend this host.

Issues Encountered:

Misleading Product Information
The game server plan was advertised without clearly stating that port 25565 (the standard Minecraft port) is unavailable. Players cannot connect without specifying a custom port, which defeats the purpose of game server hosting. This critical limitation should have been disclosed upfront.

Poor Support Response
When I requested a refund due to this limitation, support simply responded "We do not provide refund, sorry" without any attempt to resolve the issue or offer alternatives.

Unauthorized Server Deletion & Data Loss
After escalating my complaint, support offered store credit by upgrading to a Pterodactyl VPS. However, they DELETED my entire server to apply this credit WITHOUT:

Prior warning or consent

Offering backups or FTP access

Allowing time to download my world data

Any data recovery option

All my world data, configuration files, and plugin data were permanently lost.

Lack of Professional Standards
A legitimate hosting company would never delete customer data without explicit permission and backup options. This violates basic data protection practices.

Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Best mince pie's EVER
