Ordered a Makita Worklight on 22nd September. After 3 weeks it still had not arrived. Don't order from this company, they can't deliver.

I visited your Chadwell Heath site on Tuesday and had a wonderful experience with a young man at the front of the store. He was initially speaking with another staff member and appeared focused on something, but as soon as he noticed my husband and me, he immediately stopped what he was doing and came over to offer assistance.

I explained that we were building a small garden wall and weren’t sure what materials we needed. Without hesitation, he quickly went through everything with us, including discussing prices. His help was invaluable at that time as I had been in side and couldn’t find anyone that could help and the staff I did ask didn’t know what I needed.

Later, when I went inside to purchase some garden supplies, I spoke to the girl at the checkout who mentioned that he is the new manager. I have to say, this is a perfect example of leading by example. For someone so new to be confident, approachable, and so helpful really stood out as exceptional customer service.

In a world where criticism is often quick to come, I believe it’s important to also recognize and commend excellent service. Well done!
