Returning customer and the platform hasn’t changed much in the years since I last used it. The UX is clunky and full of unnecessary ai tools that honestly bloat the software even more without providing much value. The reports are always full of errors too which stops them from generating which is brutal when you are relying on them to be pushed out on an automatic schedule.

Ninjacat Has Redefined Reporting For Us.

The most time-consuming area of my role is reporting, by implementing Ninjacat it has allowed us to spend more time on proactively managing our clients.

The introduction of Shinobi has turned what was a good reporting platform into a great one.

The service from pre-sales through to support is second to none and I would have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone that is looking to take their client reporting seriously.

Great tool and an even better team, specially Robin (who I've had several interactions with). They are always working hard to add new features and improve the interface. It was a superb reporting platform when we signed up less than 2 years ago and we have seen massive improvements already since then. Go Ninjas!

NinjaCat saved us the payroll of an entire employee. Love the ability to customize my PPC reports to meet my needs! Integrates fully with most of the top PPC platforms, which makes automated reporting a breeze. Additionally, the integration with Google Sheets makes it easy to add data from CRMs or other PPC platforms where NinjaCat doesn't already integrate.
