Poor customer service
I returned the package because the clothes didn’t fit me. I paid for the return label, printed it out, and attached it to the package. I never received any response or confirmation that the return had been received, and I still haven’t received my refund.
When I tried calling them, no one answered the phone. I only received a reply to the email I sent recently, in which they asked for my order number, even though I had already attached a picture of the order number and included all the order details in my first email.
I haven’t received any further response, even though they initially said they would help me.I hope they will respond soon.

I am very dissatisfied with this company
I am very dissatisfied with the way this company treats its customers. I purchased a shirt that did not fit me, so I returned it and sent it back the very same day.
Despite this, I still have not received my refund. What I find even more unacceptable is that I have sent the company several emails, but I have not received a response to any of them.
I expect you to explain immediately why my refund has still not been processed and to issue the refund without further delay.
This kind of treatment of a customer is unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

No response from customer support in over a month, still awaiting my refund.
If you order anything from this site, please make sure you won’t be returning anything.. I haven’t received any reply from customer support in over a month despite several reminders and still haven’t received my refund for products returned. Never have I experienced this low service level.. It goes without saying that I won’t be ordering anything from this site again.
