Falsely claim that the product works well on MacOS. It does not. The GUI client is awful and good luck trying to get a day's work in on this monstrosity. Full screen does not work, mouse tracking completely broken, fuzzy stretched display. I would use their forums to feed this back but things never get fixed. It's always "on the roadmap"/require the user to jump through hoops.
It breaks easy and takes days to be fixed, very disappointed, it's a time wasting app.
