Awesome performance and customer support

I was introduced by a friend and started investment in May 2022 with my annual bonus money.
throughout, the way the money has been invested has been transparent and the portfolio was optimized for growth based on my chosen risk profile.

I have now liquidated only due to relocation outside Denmark. With 37% growth in 2.5 years, I am highly satisfied with NORM (formerly known as NORD Invest).

I love how easy it is to invest through this app. Their customer service is super nice too and quick to help.

So far only positive experience - easy to use, easy to communicate, easy to work with.

I just started my investment with NORD and got personalized help to answer all my questions.

Excellent and user-friendly online platform and superb customer service

It is a very uncomplicated way to invest money. The app is very nice to navigate, and you can easily see how your portfolio is set up.

Customer service is very friendly and competent, and they answer within a few hours.

I have been investing with Nord Investments for 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They are also quick to help me every time I call or message them regarding my portfolio.

It is completely not what I expected. Alright, you might think times are not good right now for investments, markets go up and down, there is risk etc. I agree, I get all that. BUT isn't the whole point to let your money be invested by something NORD because they should be more clever than the rest of the herd?? They send some calming messages like "keep in mind that this is only temporary, remember about long term goal". Well if all you can do is make money when times are good and lose money when times are bad then pfft I can do that myself without any stock market experience! I set up an almost lowest risk portfolio and in three weeks they lost almost 7%. That's insane. I never expected that to be this quick and yes I expected there may be a loss, but come on, on lowest risk I expected 1-2%, not 7! And maybe after like a year and not in three weeks... You read this and go "yeah he invested and lost so he's bitter now, but that's the risk buddy". I am aware of that, but still I will stubbornly think that NORD should be smarter and capable to go against the odds, because otherwise what is the point of trusting them if they can do same as you who is not a stock broker or whatever. If anything they may be marketing experts, but that's not what I was hoping for.

We had a chat and now I understand more. I was right to say that it wasn't what I expected, but I was wrong to have these type of expectation in the first place. What I imagined is simply not what NORD is doing. They are following the market, so if it goes down or up, so does your portfolio. However, they explain it is the best strategy in the long run. So, eventually my portfolio may go back up, but still it caught me off guard to lose 8% in one month on very low risk investment.

App could be in English, but other than that just works. It is the first investment company, that I have got proactive customer contact.
