Fantastic company, so helpful and very professional.
Communication was excellent from start to finish and they provided the services I required at very short notice. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommended and will definitely use their services again.

Good price but.
I had three skips in total, unfortunately they had problems with their lorry that kept breaking down. The lorry dripped oil over my drive.
My drive was damaged, the tarmac has 2 large dents in it caused by the door Hinge brackets when the skip was lifted.I was overcharged for one of the skips, I was refunded the difference when I called to query.

Firstly many thanks for your review, though I'm deeply sorry to hear about your experience of our service on this occasion and would like to offer my sincerest apologies for this.
We are aware of our skip lorry having had some unfortunate breakdowns in the recent weeks- I'm pleased to say that a new lorry has been ordered which should arrive within the next few months- hopefully resolving any current issues.
The overcharge was a result of an admin error, we accidentally put the skip through as a different delivery area to yourself, and were more than happy to refund you for the mistake once it had been brought to our attention.
I will now also be investigating the damages you've mentioned, so thank you for bringing it to my attention. We of course take this very seriously as it's important to us that if we have caused any damage that we help rectify it for you. To help me get this resolved for you as quickly as possible would you be kind enough to email some photos of the damage to nspa@pcclg.co.uk and describe it in further detail? Was the driver aware of any damage caused at the time?
It is very unfortunate that these experiences have dampened your impression of us, especially when your original comments on our feedback form seemed to be very positive. But we are determined to resolve these issues for you and use your feedback to improve our service for the future. We hope that one day we will have the chance to serve you again and change your overall experience with us back into a positive one!
