Zero customer service
Visited store in CPH, got help with different shoe sizes. Sales clerk ended up packaging the wrong size. Didnt realize until I arrived home and then tried to contact the store by phone and email. Got absolutely ignored, 4 weeks and no help. Got an automatic message after 2 weeks that they are working on it, after another week they marked my request as solved because I got an email asking about the service. Most brands overcompensate with great customer service for lack of good products, but this company doesnt even have customer service. Hard to believe in the year of 2026. Shameful
