Had an issue with the delivery due to confusion on my own behalf. Sent and email and had a response in minutes and was also reimbursed the difference of delivery cost. Massive thanks to Jess for sorting this.
After writing this, I've still not received my reimbursement.
5 days without confirmation email..
Ordered Levi’s 502 jeans on Friday 02/04/2021. Paid around £8 to get get Saturday delivery, haven’t had a confirmation email from them or an email to say they have been shipped. I messaged them using their website but haven’t had a reply yet. Simply not good enough.

A bad experience from start to finish......AVOID!!!
In truth, im probably as annoyed with myself as i am with the retailer, as generally i will check out the reviews of a website/retailer before placing an order, unfortunately in this instance i didnt and that proved to be a huge mistake....below is a potted version of my experience with this retailer.
1. Item received not what was advertised on the website.
2. Emails unanswered.
3. Phone calls unanswered - Not once on the very many occasions i called this number was it answered or switched to answer phone -This phone is answered less often than the Carlsberg complaints phone. Requests by email to provide an alternative phone number ignored.
4. Item Returns - Return label (Tracked) organised by retailer but status listed as "unable to deliver item" to address as provided by retailer as no one to accept delivery - item tagged as return to sender.
5. Retailer not interested in locating item from the logistics company they chose.
6. Hours spent on the phone to Yodel, over a period of 10 days to track to my parcel.
7. Retailer offered alternative address, Yodel unable to find location.
8. Requested item be returned to myself but somehow they managed to deliver it......!
9. After numerous emails, i finally have my refund.
As the title of my review says, it was a bad experience from start to finish.........Avoid!

Returned unsuitable shoes with tracked returns label from retailer - no-one to take delivery - so tracking now says returned to sender and to contact the retailer - god only knows where parcel is - somewhere in yodel ether.
Company refuses to refund until has received return??????
Getting Paypal involved so at least I will get my money back eventually.
Worst company ever - you have been warned..... :o(

Ordered from this company approx 1 month ago but had to return the item due to it being to small.
1 month later and I still have not received a refund although it states in email that my return has been received.
I've tried numerous times to contact them through messenger and telephone but no luck and can't speak to anyone.
starting to think I've been conned if I'm honest..
First time ordering and I will never order again! The customer service had been next to nothing.. dreadful.
Said it was shipped but hasnt been physically handed to DHL
Its been nearly two weeks and still have not received the package.Northern menswear said my package was shipped but this was sent to me by DHL. Your shipper has not physically handed your shipment over to DHL Express, the information on our website states “Shipment information received”.
This means they have just transmitted an electronic record of the shipment to DHL Express but they have not physically provided the goods to DHL Express.
The shipment has not as yet, been scanned or received in our Network.
Therefore currently only your shipper can assist you with the location and status of your shipment, DHL Express can only assist you when the shipment is provided to us by your shipper.
In conclusion, at this stage, we have no record of this waybill having been collected or scanned anywhere in our systems.
I would recommend that you contact your shipper to assist you further with this issue. Why tell me that my item has been shipped when it has not at all. Just trying to wonder have i been scammed or not , and trying to get my item, thanks.
It’s been a disaster - online order never again
It’s been a disaster with the service . Still waiting for my order for 7days still waiting for my trainers . Company haven’t bothered to handover my trainers to DPD it’s a disgrace I was sent a text confirming my parcel would arrive on Thursday16th April 2020.

Shocking service from beginning to end
Shocking service from beginning to end. Paid for next day delivery didn't come. Shoes where too big, I couldn't access computer on the day to return the items so I followed the advice on their statement that was included in my order which I was told to only send signed for if over a certain value which it didn't meet that criteria, I packed up and returned via the post office, they are now saying weeks later they haven't received the return and telling me that their statement doesnt state that information. so im out of pocket! would never ever use again!!!
After reading your response I can tell I ordered my trainers 27th feb paid next day delivery and didn’t receive until Tuesday 3rd March so not next day delivery. I returned these on 4th March and received nothing! I suggest yous check the information on the statement that yous send out with your orders as it doesn’t simply state a thanks from yourselves. I’m still going back and forth in emails with a member of your staff trying to get this resolved.

I purchased item from this store and it was damaged and i returned it back and i have been waiting for my refund so i emailed them got no reply i tried to phone the store numerous times no one will answer, So i messaged them through facebook and they replied saying we are unable to refund you we can only credit your account.
