Well they make money, a lot of it! But the comissions are huge, for example I make about 3000 pounds a month net and my gross profit is 5000 pounds. But I guess if you want to make money you have to pay money!
Verification is hard I couldn't send them all the documents, due to my situation they refunded the money immediately. Honest Company!

The system works perfectly, it makes money! They are really picky about the documents you send, so make sure that send them before you request a withdraw.
In my case I sent the documents and few days later they were rejected because of bad resolution. So again I did that and it turns out that my proof of address is 7 months old. It needs to be less than 3 months old. After a week I got verified. If they can sort that out so you don't need to wait so much for the verification it would be the perfect company!
