Bought a svs sub off them on easter sincethey had a 10% discount on all their inventory. Paid with paypal (that i've been using for 8-10 years), got a confirmation from the shop and paypal that it is all paid and processed. 4 days pass, no parcel. After phoning them and leaving my contact details i am told someone will phone me back... no call back. I phone them next day and they start requesting a proof of my adress that i need to send them. I HAVE NEVER been asked that since address on paypal is verified already. Like a week ago i bought a receiver from another online shop and had no issues whatsoever. So they refuse to send me the item and just say they will refund the money. Guess if it wasn't for the discount code i wouldn't need to "verify my address". But i guess that is how you advertise fake discounts to attract customers. Avoid this company!!!!!! There are alot of good retailers that do not mislead their customers.
