Please Avoid this company it is more hassle than it is worth, they seem to work on the basis of sending you the wrong items and then when you return them they only give you half a refund .

I ordered 2 voile panels drop 48"they sent out 2 voile panels 54" drop which is totally no good to me.
I only opened the package that the goods were sent out in and NOT the actual goods themselves as I could see straight away they were the wrong size, I made contact to let them know their mistake and send them back immediately.within the same packaging as the goods were sent to me.

Only to be informed the goods were damaged and they were only refunding half the cost.
This is absolutely Diabolical as there was nothing wrong with the goods
This seems to be how they operate, stay well clear
but also Ebay need to look at them as they are not trust worthy

Terrible quality products, item falling apart at the seams after one wash. Communication is intermittent and then radio silence. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a duvet set off eBay. There was an issue with the seam not done correctly so it was a manufacturing fault and I had to return it. Paid £44 and only got a £22 refund back. No logic what so ever. Won't be buying from them again

I purchased a cotton twist bath set in lime green to match my bathroom yesterday.
Imagine my surprise when just after lunch it arrived.
The colour is just right the quality is very good, and the price competitive, what more could I want.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I ordered a duvet cover in a natural colour just to find out that it was snow white. I asked to return the item but was told that I had to pay for the return which I disputed due to the fact that the item was clearly misdescribed on their website. They came back with the excuse that they have a section on colour differences in your product description section, to show that there is sometimes a colour difference in the items due to lighting or screen monitors. So I am out of money because they clearly due not advertise correctly. AVOID AT ANY COST. Stay clear of these people - total rip off!!

Excellent customer service. I needed curtains urgently and Norwood were £90 cheaper than dunelm. I phoned Norwood textiles at 1pm and they kindly posted immediately and I received the curtains the next morning! Beautiful curtains - blackout and thermal. Excellent quality

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Norwood textiles. Having purchased a Christmas duvet for someone at the end of October for its first use only this weekend we found it to be ripped. When I contacted the company they basically just told me that I am out of the 30 days and should have checked it when it arrived. To be honest I didn’t give it a think to check that it wasn’t damaged but the company are obviously not very confident in their products if they feel you need to do this every time.

I certainly won’t use them again

Norwood have stop and swearing my emails and won’t help find my missing order.
AVOID company has poor customer service and they leave customers out of pocket !

I recently bought a Limoges Rose Floral Ruffle Duvet Cover Set and needed the Boudoir cushion which they had .

Delivery was super fast and efficient and though I was sent a cream version not white, lovely Amelie dealt with this quickly for me and sent me the white one insisting that I keep the cream one too, which was incredibly kind.

I love my various bed sets with all the boudoir cushions for each set, so I will be re-visiting Norwood Textiles and would recommend them to anyone who wants great quality home textiles.

I knew what I wanted so scoured the web to find. The voile panels arrived very quickly, exactly as described, very competitively priced. Unlike others businesses I looked at, Norwood state the shipping cost at the outset - why do some hide it until you pay? Such a mistake! I will be back to Norwood if I need anything else

Excellent. I ordered eyelet curtains which came in Under 24 hours. they were the same colour as shown on the website. very pleased with the curtains and the firm's service.
