So where should I start…

First of all, your customer service is absolutely useless. The agents clearly do not understand basic English, and communication has been a complete nightmare. If your staff cannot properly understand English, then at least use AI translation tools so customers can actually get support.

I sent every document that was requested from me and was told that my account was fully verified. Then, after making a couple of withdrawals, I was suddenly asked to verify my card AGAIN — despite the fact that I had already completed this process and provided proof previously.

On top of that, your app and systems are buggy, and I actually lost money because of it.

Here’s exactly what happened:

I placed a 4-fold bet with a total payout of €108 and set an auto cash-out at €90 profit. By the time the last match was left, all the other selections had already won. The final game was 1-1, and the cash-out value at that point was around €45. The bet was on Over 2.5 Goals.

The moment another goal was scored, the bet should have instantly settled at the full €108 payout because the market condition had been fully met. Instead, your system triggered the €90 auto cash-out and paid out less than the actual winning amount.

Customer service was completely useless and showed no interest in understanding or resolving the issue.

I will be deleting my account and moving to literally any other bookmaker, because at this point almost anything would be better than dealing with this level of incompetence and what honestly feels like scamming customers.

What went wrong this time is what is consistently 'wrong'. There is no problem depositing funds but try to withdraw and it is a different story. I have submitted the requested documents countless times over the past 3 months to no avail as I keep getting asked for them. 'Live chat' and 'customer service' are essentially bots. Novibet are insanely slow. It has taken 2 weeks just to verify my account, and every time they ask for new documentation from me. Recently they even asked for mobile verification where my phone number must appear on the phone bill. It never ends.

They are clearly stalling the withdrawal until you get tired and give up. What they are doing cannot be legal. Everything is extremely slow, and they are illegally holding my deposit. As I said, I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now.
