Sean was super helpful, the place we had reserved online didn’t have any more space and the alternative was more pricey, but Sean got in touch quickly and provided us with a much more affordable and better apartment- excited for our trip!

Best value for money ski holidays you can get.
On this occasion the return transfer bens bus left the depot 5 mins before the departure time given in my email so I had to stand in the middle road and stop it. There were 2 nuco reps on board that knew it left early and didn’t stop the driver but did help me convince the driver to let me on. I would have arrived about a minute before the departure time so it was partially my fault, I should’ve been there a touch earlier.

We are so sorry to hear about the stressful scramble with your return transfer. Standing in the road to stop a departing bus is definitely not the way we want you to end your holiday!
We wanted to gently clarify a quick detail: because this was booked as a independent holiday package, we didn't actually have any of our own staff present in the resort or on that transfer. It’s highly likely those helpful reps actually belonged to the bus company itself, but we are incredibly glad they were there to step in and ensure the driver let you on!
We really appreciate your honesty about the timing, and we will certainly pass this feedback along to the transfer provider so they can ensure their drivers stick strictly to the scheduled departure times.

Fun & Reliable Ski Holidays to Book
Used a voucher I got from the University Ski Trip last year. Saved money on flights, coach transfers, accommodation and equipment hire. The team was responsive and helpful when I had trouble finding the outbound coach transfer. Thanks to them, I had an amazing trip!
