My original complaint was close to the time I had my accident in May- since then, I have spoken to someone twice regarding my case. I have ringed many times and I have emailed information as requested. Right now I am being ignored despite the person I have spoken to many times telling me someone will get back to me. I would stay clear from this firm. Poor communication!

I would suggest you skip them when you need a good law firm. These people are too busy to answer client questions.
