We didn't think that the people who came did as good a job as the other people who we have had and we wouldn't want them to come again.

Didnt clean the back windows, they was supposed to come back but never did. Did speak to them on messenger was offered for them to come back a third but I declined and will be going with another company.

SHE WAS SUPPOSEDTO BE GIVING MR A QUOTE FOR WORK REQUESTED I CLEARED EVERY OUT OF CUBOARDSAREA ETC., SO THEY COULD HAVE A CLEAR RUN, WHAT WERE THEY DOING,SHE MAFE A POINT OF TELLING ME i NEED NOT BE AT THE PREMISES WHEN THEY CLEANED, MUST HAVE TOLD ME 6 TIMES, i KNOW KNOW WHY, I I WAS ASKED A FOR A KNIFE AND WHITE SPIRIT. A BOTTLE OF MY CARPET CLEANBER HAD BEEN USED ON GOD KNOWS WHAT AS THETY SAID THEY DID USE IT ON THE CARPET WHICH I DID NOT ASK A QUOTE FOR. I UNDERSTAND THE MANAGER SAME THELAST JHALF HOURAND STERED TO DO THE CEILING IN THE LOUNGE WHAT? iHAVE TRIED TO GIVE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT IN ALL HINESTLY I FOR THE LIFE OF ME CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY COULD NOT CARRY OUT THE WORK EITHER THEY HAD INEXPERIENCED STAFF OR INADEQUATE CLEANING FACILITUES ALL IN ALL IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. MAYBE THE WAT YOUR MANAGER RANG THIS MORNING AND OFFERED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER QUOTE FOR WORRK THEY COULD NOT FINISH... A QUOE IS A QUOTE FOR WORK AGREED TO BE DONE, ITS A CONTRACT. I WAS NOT PAYING BY THE HOUR.SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER HEATHER YOUNG

I think i got an overpriced qoutation. As one company visited to my neighbour and told them about the qoutation they has been given to me and that company told me thats overpriced. Got there calling card and will book with them in the future.

I have used OCD for quite some years now for my ironing, and they are excellent! The ironing is returned beautifully ironed and on hangers or in nicely packaged bags. They collect and deliver also, which is a great service. All the staff are friendly, helpful and very reliable. I cannot recommend OCD highly enough!
