Order was canceled without info
Made an order for a lamp. Got confirmation and the order was paid. Three day later my order was canceled without any additional information. Payment was refunded 6 days after that (though missing 20 cent likely from currency exchange).

After reviewing your order, we found that the product had already been discontinued by the manufacturer, but due to an error in our stock information, it was still shown as available. We also acknowledge that the reason for the cancellation was unfortunately not included in the cancellation email, and we sincerely apologize for that oversight.
We’ve sent you a personal email with our apologies and a goodwill gesture, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to restore your confidence in OEM Nordic.
