Following a seamless migration from OFNL ISP (FibreNest), to new InternetTY things aren't good. Whilst the internet is stable, the latency has literally doubled, from 13 to 26ms. For a FTTP connection this is extremely poor. It's down to the OFNL network itself, who are informing (the v helpful) InternetTY ISP that they consider this normal! Nonsense, this is clearly really poor quality routing/networking and entirely OFNL's responsibility to resolve - which I hope they do (I'll update this review).

Mark W was outstanding, truly went above and beyond for me. Originally it was believed that it would be a new appointment at some point next week as it required 2 men to complete the work, but Marks persistence paid off as im now connected back up after over a week without internet.

After accidentally knocking the cable, we lost our internet. Customer services were really helpful and arranged an engineer for the very next day.
