The experience has been terrible. There are no immediate replies — sometimes it takes up to three days, and even then the responses only come with more questions instead of solutions. It’s just as disappointing as many reviewers have mentioned. I requested a refund, but after more than 30 days, no refund has been issued.
It's a SCAM and Money Laundering platform. Nil growth on my account, no one relplying to emails, zero customer service. It's a Big FRAUD. Horrible
I really wish I had checked the reviews before using OK Grow. Their product has been stuck on 'waiting for data' for four days, and despite their claim of responding within 30 minutes, I’ve had zero support. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but this experience feels completely misleading and unprofessional.... Save yourself the headache and stay away from OKGrow- it feels like a scam.
TikTok will see everyone of their reviews will show as an inauthentic and will remove them . Pixicrowd will offer to renew it, but it the views get removed immediately again by TikTok. I asked to have likes instead of views and they refuse to do it. I would definitely not use these guys.
Low quality services. Also, very unethical way to promote itself, by talking bad about their competitors, just to look better on their background.
By the way Okgrow, all the competitors you describe as to be low quality, are way better than you.
