The worst rental experience ever

The worst rental experience ever. Period! After booking, you receive emails from 3 different parties. The links to manage the booking don’t work in 2 of them. carhire.lu, cartrawler.com, axa-travel-insurance.com are the 3 domains involved. What a bloody mess! You receive an insurance policy separately.
I decided to cancel the booking. They try to give you a voucher, instead of a simple straightforward refund. Watch out!
Now they need a whopping 25 days to refund!! This is just dishonest business practices.
Avoid this company like the plague!
