I have ordered 4 packages and received…

I have ordered 4 packages and received only 3, one was missing at a depot. I reached out to omni retro and they replied very fast. After a few days they have send a new package which I received very fast. Thanks omni retro for your prompt replies and service! I will order soon again!

Great but no instructions !

The overall product is great but it is really lacking a complete manual on how to mount it from A to Z. The very few videos I found online are definitely not enough !
Many frustrations but at least the present is appreciated.

Ok cabinets. Suspicious sticks/buttons without their original box and scratched monitors.

I placed a couple of orders, shipping was pretty fast. The customer service was really helpful. On the other hand, regarding the products: cabinets were ok, relatively easy to mount but not always clear about screws and precise placement of the parts. I would be better to have the u-molding already installed. "Original" japanese buttons and sticks came in plastic bags without the original box and they might as well be chinese copies as far as i know, not good. A dedicated monitor came all covered with micro-scratches despite being wrapped in plastic, it's such a gross and embarassing mistake for a reputable store i almost believe they just thought i was an amateur and sent me some warehouse remnant. Too much of a hassle to return, for the price. A bit sketchy overall, i don't think i would buy again.

We have checked our records and we are unable to locate any order under this name matching the products described (Cabinet + Monitor).

Regarding the technical points mentioned:

1. Packaging: We distribute both "Japanese Style" and 100% Original Sanwa parts. In both cases—and even with European brands like Industrias Lorenzo—stock is received and shipped in industrial bulk format, not in retail boxes. This is the industry standard for manufacturers.

2. U-Molding: These are DIY kits. We do not pre-install the molding because it must be placed after the vinyl artwork to ensure a correct finish. Pre-installing it would hinder the assembly process.

3. Monitor: We exclusively sell brand new products. We do not sell warehouse remnants. Any scratch would be a specific manufacturing defect, not a sign of usage.

If this is a genuine purchase, please forward your Order ID to our support email so we can verify the transaction and address the monitor issue according to our warranty policy.
