Very dissapointed!
I ordered three pairs of inuikii sandals in white, taupe and black.
They sent me two of the same color (taupe instead of white) and I can't return them because the package was sent to Croatia as a gift 😫

Great customer service experience. Very polite and professional. Giving me all the necessary information on how to return the product that didn't have the right size. Product quality excellent.

I am a first-time buyer, but thrilled with the quality of the shoes. The shipping time was 2 days for me. The shoes were neatly packed and the sneakers inside were very well protected. The whole process was Perfect also with the tracking code I could track my shipment. I look forward to ordering another pair of shoes in the near future.

I had an issue with my order and had to change it 3 times. The refund was immediately processed and the new order shipped.

The Customer Support via mobile was easily reachable and extremely helpful.

it seems those who prep for delivery can't read very well. fancy wasting time trying to deliver in NL when the address is clearly in DE.

The quality of the boots is brilliant and the shipping only needed a short time. The parcel was neatly packed and the boots inside were protected very good. The whole process was satisfying and I am looking forward to buy another pair of shoes in the next furure.

The shoes that I bought were sold for a very good price. In Zalando the price was higher .

I had a reclamation on a product and therefore several contacts with customer support. They were very polite, professional and interested in solving the problem to my favour. The shopping experience itself was very good. Easy and fast delivery. Unfortunately the product information was not good. It said "normal size" of the shoe. Actually the shoe was at least 1 number too small. Normally I have 9 (43) - I ordered 10 (44,5) and the shoe was far too small.

Shoes are good! Material and quality good. Delivery could be little bit faster ;-)

Well, I made this order last week and in the order confirmation it was claimed, the delivery date would be the 9th of may. When I look at the DHL sending number it seems like my shoes are still hanging around at the stock and haven‘t made it one feet away. I don‘t know yet, if I can recommend this company. So far definitely not.
