I was a member of rivals com for 17…

I was a member of rivals com for 17 years having my subscription auto renew in November. I tried multiple times to cancel but the system would never let me and support wouldn't do it without the system. Finally in September 2025 the system let me cancel. Rivals moved to On3 and I lost access to my account because ino longer had access to the email that I used 17 years ago to sign up. I didn't do anything because I figured I was fine in November. On3 charged my card in November for a yearly subscription which I had already cancelled in rivals for an account I can no longer access. I reached out and they denied my refund saying I need a cancellation receipt but I don't have access to the email address. I have emails of me and their support team in 2023 where I'm begging them to cancel and they would not do it.
