Grote teleurstelling: 6 dagen te laat geleverd en na advies verkeerde uitlaat, klant draait op voor de extra kosten

Op de site werd aangegeven dat levertijd minder dan 2 dagen was, zonder bericht bleek dit 8 dagen te worden. Via mail advies gevraagd over welke uitlaat ik nodig had, helaas verkeerd geadviseerd. Na 8 dagen dus verkeerde uitlaat, levering van goed zou weer 8 dagen gaan duren. Deel van uitlaat retour gezonden, men vergat deel van de onderdelen terug te boeken en was ook niet bereidt de retour kosten te vergoeden ondanks dat het de fout van onderdelendirect was. Ook konden er geen excusses af voor al dit ongemak, al met al erg telleurgesteld in dit bedrijf

Fantastische levering binnen 2 uur

Vanmorgen om half 10 lampjes besteld (erg voordelig overigens) en nog geen 2 uur later stond de chauffeur al voor de deur om ze af te leveren.

Ik bestel veel online en raak niet snel onder de indruk, maar onderdelendirect.nl heeft mij positief verrast.

Hele snelle service

26 december om 21.00 uur een nieuwe accu besteld bij OnderdelenDirect.nl
Tot mijn verbazing staat op 27 december om 10.15 uur de accu al voor de deur.

Superwinkel!

Vandaag om 10 uur een nieuwe trekhaak besteld bij onderdelendirect en had alles om 12 uur al in huis!
