Bought and downloaded Adobe DC Pro and the download file had two Trojans in it. Bought several of Adobe DC Pro and I'm finding Trojans in all of the download files.

I bought a MS Office registration key about six months ago and haven't had any issues since... I bought one from another company after that for another computer because it was cheaper and had issues that took a while to fix... I guess you get what you pay for... To the guy complaining that it must be a scam because the price for the key is so cheap need to understand that he is only paying for an electronic key and not the software itself, also another company explained that these companies are partnered with Microsoft to sell registration keys and if a key is not registered to someone in a certain time frame it is then recycled and you are given another key... Once you activate your office then it's your permanently... remains in

I think they might have folded up the cart and took off. They take your money but no software, no returned emails and no one on the chat.

I've used these guys for the past several years on several computers and at first I had a little trouble installing, but they replied right away. They walked me through and sent me videos and Vwala, everything worked as promised. I just got another computer, bought a few more things from them, watched the videos they sent, and im up and running with everything running and fully functioning. And it didn't take long at all. Its pretty simple, just watch their videos. They are very responsive and saved me a TON of money. 5 Stars from me!

A fake account that disables the software after installation. No communication.

I would give negative stars if I could. Bought 10 copies of Office 2019. They sent the keys and every one of them was blocked. No response via email. No response to messages left on the website. Had to get PayPal involved to get a refund. This guy didn't respond to PayPal. It seems he runs multiple sites. All look and feel the same. Use the same cart. All registered in China. He is a thief. AVOID!!!! AVOID all his other sites too.

This seller is a criminal. All software is hacked and invalid. That's why they can sell so cheap - because they stole it. If you're lucky enough to get working software from them, eventually you will not be able to update it. I purchased Windows 10 Pro (lifetime activation) and they provided 4 or 5 products keys that were invalid or had already been used. I spent over an hour on the phone with Microsoft trying to resolve the problem. They finally told me the key was invalid. I also purchased Office 365 Professional Plus (lifetime 5 devices). They provided some strange account name and password. Luckily, I downloaded the software before Microsoft closed the account. Because of this, I have no access to that online account; therefore no access to Office 365 or the 5TB cloud storage they falsely offered. Caveat emptor!

I purchased Windows 10 PRO and Office 2019 PRO.

Windows 10 PRO had to be installed as a NEW installation from a USB drive that needed to be created from downloaded files. Both Windows 10 PRO and Office 2019 PRO had to be activated over the phone with a real person. The text message link to web site activation didn't work. In the end all worked well and e-mail support was prompt. I did two aggressive virus scans and both came out clean.

But here is what gives me the most confidence; Pay through PayPal. If it's not what you thought get a refund.

If there was a negative number, I would enter it. I purchased two products. One installed fine and the other I had problems installing. After scanning it showed my system had been infected with Trojan dot gen dot MBC AND HEUR something. I ended up having to wipe my disk and install from backup. a real pain. NEVER, NEVER buy from these people. It is clear that they sell a few legit licenses and then dump a bunch of contaminated installations. RUN, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Great experience! Purchased Office 2019 Key and had a minor issue. Addressed it quickly and everything is working well! I'll buy more from then soon.

Purchased Adobe Acrobat and a Win10 Pro license - both activated without issue or complaint. Have purchased from them a couple times in the past - all results the same, keys arrive quickly and they work. While their prices aren't the lowest - their keys seem to work without hassle.

Ordered Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 from this company(?)..download seemed OK but would not finish and/or activate. After many emails complaining about the situation and their ad stating how co-operative and attentive they would be, -all I got "send order Nr/purchase info", then "send screenshot", then the same download link was send --all of the aforementioned emails from me sent about 10 times with the same responses. Finally, demanded my money back, (no response) and bought the same program from Best Buy with great results.
