I bought the Fitness Trainer B License course last week, and I am VERY disappointed.

The platform advertises that you can learn flexibly anytime by yourself. But how is that possible when you constantly cannot log in to the system?

Every time I shut down my computer, I get automatically logged out. The next day, when I try to log in again, my login data suddenly becomes invalid. The password recovery also does not work — I never receive the reset link. Each time, I had to wrtie an email and wait around 7–9 hours before the issue was solved by support.

After purchasing the course, I tried to study twice, and the exact same problem happened both times in a row.

I also had a bad experience during the trial session. I clearly told them that I wanted to do the trial in English. However, all the login data I received only gave access to the German course. I kept explaining that the course was not in English, but it felt like nobody really understood the issue.

What I received instead was simply new login data — but still no English trial. One reply even said something like: “The English version should already be there, but if not, that means we didn’t activate the English function yet.”

The communication went on for several days, and honestly, it became exhausting.

I honestly do not understand why the system and access were not checked properly before sending me the login details.

Despite this frustrating experience, I still decided to buy the course because I thought maybe I was just unlucky and happened to deal with a few people who did not handle the situation carefully. The overall ratings also seemed very good, so I wanted to give it a chance.

But to be honest, I would really appreciate a refund at this point. Your service is demotivating me from learning. Learning itself is already challenging enough. It is extremely discouraging to finally motivate yourself to study, only to discover that you cannot even access the platform properly.

Basic functionality and reliability — the standard things expected from an online learning platform — simply do not seem to work consistently here.

Getting the Fitness trainer lizenz B with OTL was quite a good experience. The material provided on the app is sufficient to prepare one for both the theory and practical exam. Retaking the mock exams as many times as possible will increase your chances of passing the theory exam with ease. To be fair it all comes down to how committed and how much effort you put into obtaining the license, as OTL definitely provides all the data needed to succeed.
