I have been working as a broker with Online Direct for around 11 years. Their portal is very user friendly and the team provide quick turnarounds. My account manager Sven has been a great help and I would highly recommend them.

They have simply stopped paying commissions and responding to any correspondence despite raising a complaint. Avoid putting any business their way and don’t waste your time with this shocking company!

Used to be great but not anymore!
Been in partnership over a decade. Used to be efficient, friendly and good access to Account Managers who knew you well. Unfortunately that's been frittered away by poor management! Not enough staff and nobody seems to give a stuff. Tickets get closed without queries being resolved. Timescales are not met. Complaints get pushed from one person to another with no resolution. Feedback system doesn't work, lead search system doesn't work anymore. And now they want you to pay monthly for this poor service.

Honestly their partnership procedure is very lengthy.They never respond on time and mostly give an easy excuse that they were on annual leave. Online direct should hire more staff to deal with their partners in a timely manner if they are really providing support services to consultants.

Extremely Disappointed with Slow Response to Emails:

Prompt and efficient communication is a crucial aspect of any business-client relationship. Regrettably, this company should work on their email management system and prioritize timely responses to business inquiries. They take several days to reply even if its urgent.

I couldn't do business without them, they help me with every aspect of my company, including getting me prices, and dealing with energy suppliers for me. Having online direct on my side, means i don't have to employ anyone to do my admin, and i can retain more of the profit for myself. If anyone is looking for support and training, and wants to become an energy broker, these are the guys to work with. they also offer water now, which is another string to my bow when i talk to my customers.
