More than 20 days, still haven't received material.

Today is July 28, I placed the order on July 08, but still haven't received my material. We are a professional CNC machine shop, and cannot afford such a delay.

This is a genuine review, if you read my review, please think it twice before you place order, thank you.

Great experiences

I've found the selection and organization of inventory very practical to order from.
The prices seem to be competitive and shipping is fair.

Buy somewhere else!

Dishonest with pricing, invoices items that have not shipped, does not post payments received and withholds orders. Horrible to work with. Not worth dealing with these people.

Not sure what your situation is, but what you describe would be similiar to what a customer who is not current on their invoice payments would experience. In that case, payments made would be applied to the oldest outstanding invoice, and then orders placed afterwards would be held until any remaining outstanding invoices are paid.

Terrible service from OnlineMetals - never using them again

My most recent order with OnlineMetals is late, and of unknown status. I've callled them, they said it will ship the next day, they said they would update the order status on their website, then... nothing. I've contacted them through their site .... nothing. I have no idea if they will ship anything. My project is sitting waiting for the materials they promised for weeks ago that were paid for weeks ago.

They say what they will and are doing, then they do it! I will continue to do much more business with Online Metals

My go to raw material supplier!

As a Purchasing Manager for an Aerospace manufacturing company it can be a challange at times, but I always fnd what we need at Online Metals. Orders are on time, shipping cost is resonable and with great deals and rewards Online Metals is my go to supplier for all of our raw materials.
