My item was not delivered but when I tried to contact I was told it had been delivered. It seems to be impossible to make contact with either the seller or onshop. The website just sends you in circles. This type of platform should be taken down from the internet. It is a disgrace, Scam.
Onshop told me, two weeks ago, that my F1 advent calendar had been delivered, it had not. I am retired and was home all day.
There is no way to contact Onshop that my item had not been delivered and instead, gave me the suppliers e-mail address.
I sent an e-mail to that address on three separate occasions and each time it told me that the suppliers e-mail in box was full and my enquiry could not be delivered.
I wanted to inform Onshop that one of their suppliers appeared to be rogue but there is no way to do it and they still advertise the item. I wonder how many £20.00 this company has scammed?
