I had previously given a one star…
I had previously given a one star review to Optibac because of an over supply of their product. That activated an excellent immediate response from their customer service, which included an acknowledgement of a system error, reimbursement, and flexibility about the timing of the next delivery. It was a model of how to reply personally and carefully to a complaint.
So this review is both about the product and the service. My one star review can be deleted. David A

I use Optibac for women after suffering from recurring UTI and Thrush infections and taking one a day has kept my infections at bay. I will continue taking these and have signed up to their monthly subscription which means l get a discount and free postage.

We provide all the necessary customs paperwork and expect the order to be cleared and sent on to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process and can only apologise for the delay caused. As Customs will only communicate with the recipient, we request that you contact them to find out the reason for the hold
