Beware. Shady business practices going on there. Over a month of delay for the shipment, and they offered to refund or send another deliver to make up for the delay, and then pulled the offer when I responded with my preference. Oh, and all 12 cans of formula showed up dented and in poor condition. Find another company to give your business to

Sharing my honest experience as a first-time buyer.
I wanted to share my experience since this was my first time purchasing baby formula from Organic Life Start, and I’m really glad I did.

I was hesitant at first, but it turned out great.
As a parent, I’m very careful about what I give my baby, but their clear product information helped me feel more comfortable.

I used Organic Life Start for all three of my children. Most recently I had an order issue, that was my own fault(mistyped my email). They updated my subscription and fixed the email issue without any fuss. Their shipping is also fast and fop notch. Ana and Erika helped me this past time and it was superb.

I didn't need to invest significant time, and I didn't have high risk. Everything was transparent in the process and updates were frequent and clear. I got the product I ordered as simple as it would be to get it off the shelf at a store.

Don’t order from this company they are imitating another company‘s website and they take forever to mail your formula and then they have no way to contact them and they don’t respond to emails. I don’t even know if it’s a real company. I think it might be a scam and now my baby has no formula because of this dumb company.

I’m on a subscription plan to receive orders frequently however the deliveries via FedEx are always delayed. I’m always down to one box frantically waiting for the next shipment.

So grateful for this formula — my baby loves it & it’s the only one he can have! He’s gaining so well on it!

Fast and seamless delivery so far!

We have three-month-old twin girls, and before finding HiPP HA, we went through at least 10 different formulas trying to find something that worked. It was exhausting - our babies struggled with acid reflux, congestion, choking, gas, and a clear dislike for every other HA formula we tried.

The hardest part was not being able to lay them down after feeds without spit-up and choking, no matter how long we kept them upright. Every feeding felt stressful.

I'm giving 5 stars because this is by far the best formula! Also because I always have a good experience with customer service. They are always kind and helpful whether you need advice or a custom order , it seems they genuinely care about moms and babies and that is a lot nowadays!
Several years ago I was struggling with exclusively breastfeeding my baby and needed to supplement with formula but I was so against formula. It stinks. It causes constipation. The ingredients are bad . So many reasons to not start formula! That's when I found this hipp formula, a friend from my church was mixing a bottle for her little one and I always thought it was pumped breast milk till I saw her mixing it for her baby. I asked her about it and she was so passionate about it and had answers to all my questions, she gave me some formula to get started and my son did SO well with it! His bowel movements didn't change color or texture switching from breast milk to the hipp dutch! Also no tummy troubles or fussiness , gas or bloating! Also I've never had a sick baby (rsv etc.) I don't know if we've just been graciously spared by the Lord but it almost seems this formula helps with immunity as well , similarly to how breast milk helps with that.. Absolutely amazed and have recommended this over the years to family and friends .
My husband and I have 4 children and I've always turned to Hipp when I needed help with feeding my babies , currently I have a 5 month old baby exclusively breastfed till now and am just ready to start supplementing with Hipp .. I'm so happy to know all the ingredients are good and she won't suffer while gradually switching from breast to bottle.
One thing that's always worried me a bit is how far the formula has to travel to get to my front door , I have been nervous in the past tracking my orders to make sure I don't run out and that's something I hope this formula will sometime be available close by. That being said , shipping is usually fast and on time and customer service does a wonderful job with responding to emails if you are worried or need help with something!
