Do not order from Brew4Victory. I placed an order on 27th April and still haven't received it. Neither my weekly emails to the company have been responded to.

Still haven't received my order. Have sent endless emails, messages. The phone line in constantly engaged. Don't order anything from this company. Just wish I had done a bit more homework on this company, before I ordered. There is no Customer service 😡

Ordered just coming up to 3 weeks ago and heard nothing, despite sending numerous messages asking for an update. Does anyone have a better e-mail or contact number for them ?

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and heard nothing further, despite multiple emails and messages. Unable to call number which just goes dead. Not sure if they are even still in business but website still takes the money!

About a year ago I made an order that due to restrictions from the shipping company, could not be delivered to Denmark. Basically some rules about importing alcohol from UK to Denmark.
After a lot of months talking with Brew4victory's support, trying different approaches, we finally agreed to cancel the order and they would give me a refund.
After about a month later I wrote asking when I could expect this refund and was told that it usually takes up to a month and they would push for the refund.
After another month with no refund, I wrote them again, but this time I did not receive an answer. I have written them several times since and also tried to contact their customer support email directly, but I have not heard from them in 3 months now and still have not received my refund.

Have not received my order. Ordered on 2nd March and paid for expedited delivery

I placed an order about a week ago and still haven’t received any confirmation or tracking. The money has already been taken from my account, and now the website has been down for days with no communication. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Very professional , I have ordered quite a few times from this company and the service has always been top notch. Will continue to order in the future.

Out of date beer sent, beermats were on the sleeve as being included but weren't inside,when I emailed was told at was a misprint on the sleeve,was asked to send pictures of the out of date beer,which I did, still awaiting a reply from them since yesterday morning, not very good customer service at all

What a cracker! Normal I avoid these types of stouts however this is an absolute cracker - smooth with just a subtle aftertaste of Black Forest Gateau - an absolute joy after a parkrun on Christmas Day

I recently purchased a Christmas gift set which I believed included a stemmed glass. However when I received it, the glass included was a pint glass. I contacted customer services and they told me that this was stated in the description and that they just hadn't gotten around to updating the photos yet. The substitution was not at all clear from the description and the photos were highly misleading. Quite a disappointing experience and absolutely no apology from customer service for any confusion caused.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. The item was advertised with a classic stemmed glass, and the online photo still shows exactly that. Instead, I received a pint glass. It’s clear the original product was out of stock and swapped out without any notice or approval.

This feels misleading and unprofessional. The lack of communication and the unexpected substitution have put me off using this company again. I expected better transparency and respect for customers’ orders.

Delivered in quick time, this is a Christmas present, well packaged thank you
