Avoid at all costs
Do not rent from these people, do not hire them to manage your rentals. They are unresponsive, unprofessional and abscond with rental funds.
Orlando Vacation Services was hired to manage one of our properties. They collected funds for stays at our property, but never paid them out. To add insult to injury they also did not perform the maintenance they charged us for while managing the property resulting in further property damage that we must now resolve at great cost. We've since replaced them as management, but have not been able to get them to return our calls or emails in months.
