Really helpful and product was great value for money

Ormskirk pets offer a good value in dog foods. They do not dispatch the order on the same or next working day its typically 2 or three working days after. So, make sure you order in good time. They use Evri for deliveries.

Been using Ormskirk for many years but I will not be using them again unfortunately. I spend in excess of £100 a month and every other order is now delayed for some reason or another. Sorry Ormskirk, but there are many online alternatives out there who I will be trying. To be fair, your response to emails is quick, it's just a shame your delivery process is not the same.

The best pet shop i have come across,never have a problem with online deliveries,ordered this morning and my parcel has already been dispatched,great products at reasonable prices and can get everything i need for my 2 dogs in the one place,marvellous customer service and a big thanks from myself,benji,and Bella to all the staff.

Ormskirk Pets is our go to Company for our pet’s treats. Great selection, very competitive prices and speedy dispatch and delivery. I would definitely recommend this family run business 😊

I am lucky that this company is within easy travel distance to me but even so, their prices are incredible. I discovered them when my dog's food became sooo expensive direct from the manufacturers own site and it was always fraught with hassle. This has been a godsend finding this distributor. The young man who brings the food out at the collection site is so polite and pleasant too. Very pleased - just wish they stocked his medication too!

I’ve made multiple attempts to contact via email, messenger, and a mobile that is no longer in service.. Due to lack of customer service and communication, I’ve found myself here.. as it seems you can take time to respond to customers on this platform.
My order is for raw dog food, for a dog with special dietary requirements. I’ve raw fed my dogs for well over 10 years and on occasion when usual stockist is out of stock, I’ve needed to order from other companies.. in all these years each and every supplier operates a next day delivery on raw dog food. I will contacting bank today regarding this transaction - it really isn’t good enough! I’m now extremely low on stock, and will order elsewhere for delivery tomorrow

Have had several orders from this company , always arrives in time specified ,never had any issues and they have just changed courier for us as having issues with a particular one in our area . Thankyou so much . 10 out of 10 for customer service .

Taken too long still waiting for my order which I placed a week ago I’m going to need another order but reluctant to order from this company

Placed an order 7 days ago with no updates had to chase up my order via customer services. I feel if I didn’t chase this up it may have taken longer before it was dispatched. Not good business to leave customers in limbo. It’s now updated been dispatched!!!!

I am a regular subscriber at Ormskirkpets. My senior cat is very picky and will only eat Applaws food, which they always have in stock. Recently, I needed to place an additional order on top of my monthly subscription and asked the team if they could combine them.
They were incredibly helpful – they merged the orders into one delivery and immediately refunded the extra shipping cost. It’s a wonderful, reliable family business that truly cares about its customers. Great communication and excellent service. Highly recommended for any pet owner!

Love the product customer service is good plus delivery however the website is really difficult to navigate orders come through Shop again not easy to navigate or edit
