Misrepresentation of Service Provided

OSM! Cosmetic Clinic, Kengsington

OSM Cosmetic's bespoke double chin treatment promised a combination of Cryo, HIFU and Radio frequency treatmentS to last 60-90 minutes. In Kensington (inside a gym) they only had RF, and even though I kept asking for the others, the practitioner said that the tripolar treatments contain all three. I think not, a waste of my time and travel to London. I think I'm due a refund and am considering going to the small claims court because of the gross misrepresentation of this treatment.
